The
year 8 rugby team continued their positive start to the season with a rampant
display against Tomlinscote and Gordons in the interschool tournament, scoring
55 points in the 2 games and only conceding 7. They however narrowly lost to
Woking High with the final kick of the game. The team have shown how much they
have developed from last year with some outstanding performances to date. (Played
7 W 5 L 2)
Sid
Adams and Callum Ward are both due to trial with Harlequins next week to be
part of the academy system, unfortunately Daniel Peterson (Captain) has picked
up a shoulder injury which will stop him from trialling.
They have now had a bye through to the 2nd round in the Surrey Cup.
